Welcoming guests from across the globe - travelling from America and Australia - this was a true Scottish destination wedding, thoughtfully designed as a full weekend experience within one of Scotland’s most iconic castle venues.
With exclusive use of the castle, the celebration unfolded as a private and immersive gathering, where every detail was considered to create a seamless and elevated guest experience. From the moment guests arrived, they were welcomed into a world of understated luxury - with beautifully styled bedrooms featuring floral arrangements, curated gift bags, books, and bottles of Scottish gin, all designed and coordinated by Atelier Rosa as part of a full-service wedding and event design approach.
Anna’s vision was clear from the very first design consultation - a refined palette of white florals softened with Mediterranean-inspired olive foliage, creating a look that felt both timeless and effortlessly elegant. Drawing on her references, Atelier Rosa designed a cohesive aesthetic that flowed throughout the entire castle, blending natural textures with a sense of quiet opulence.
The ceremony took place in the grand hall beneath the sweeping staircase, where a striking aisle of living six-foot trees created a sense of depth, romance, and architectural drama. This immersive floral installation set the tone for the celebration - elegant, organic, and deeply atmospheric.
Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed an intimate afternoon tea before transitioning into an evening reception within the salon, where the design continued to unfold through layered florals, candlelight, and refined styling details. Every space within the castle was thoughtfully enhanced, ensuring a consistent and luxurious visual story from beginning to end.
