We’re seeking a Freelance Floral Assistant / Florist to join our atelier on a project basis. This is a rare opportunity to work within a luxury floral brand where design, detail, and emotion converge to create unforgettable moments.

About the Role

You’ll support our design team in delivering exquisite floral work for weddings, events, and creative collaborations. This includes:

Assisting with flower preparation, conditioning, and installation setup
Supporting floral design production to Atelier Rosa’s exacting standards
Maintaining an organised, efficient, and beautiful workspace
Occasionally assisting with event breakdowns and logistics

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Passionate about floral design and artistry
Experienced within the weddings and events industry or professional floristry
Dedicated to delivering exceptional standards of work and presentation
Flexible and available to work weekdays and weekends as required
A driver, ideally with access to transport (advantageous but not essential)
