Atelier Rosa Ltd does not tolerate such behaviour from anyone connected with our business, whether in person or online. We expect the same standards of respect and professionalism from our clients, contractors, suppliers, and partners. Misuse of company or photographer-owned materials may also be subject to legal action.

Floral designs featured across our portfolio, galleries and journal are original arrangements created by Cora or members of the Atelier Rosa team for weddings, private events, brand installations and styled collaborations. We are deeply grateful to the clients who trust us to design the floral atmosphere for their celebrations and allow these moments to be shared.

Photography and video featured on this site are captured by the talented professional artists credited alongside each project, whose work beautifully documents these floral moments.

Occasionally, within inspiration or moodboard-based journal posts, reference imagery may be included for creative context. Any visual content not created by Atelier Rosa will always be clearly noted and credited to its original source. In some cases, AI-generated imagery may also be used internally when preparing concept moodboards or client proposals; however, the portfolio imagery presented throughout this website reflects genuine events, installations and floral work created by Atelier Rosa.

In July 2025, Atelier Rosa introduced a structured client feedback process to further strengthen our commitment to service excellence.

Following each event, clients receive a private invitation to share their reflections through a confidential feedback survey. This allows us to thoughtfully review each stage of the journey - from the initial enquiry and design consultation through to event delivery and final floral presentation - ensuring our standards remain aligned with the exceptional experience we strive to offer.

Recent feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with clients describing their experience as elegant, seamless, and exceeding expectations. Clients have highlighted our professionalism on the day, the care taken to understand and realise their vision, and the attention to detail that defines the Atelier Rosa approach. All recent submissions have reflected a five-star experience, with every respondent confirming they would confidently recommend Atelier Rosa to others.

Should any client ever feel their experience did not meet the standard they anticipated, we warmly welcome the opportunity to understand their concerns. In such cases, a member of the Atelier Rosa team will contact the client directly to discuss the matter further and ensure it is addressed with care, professionalism, and discretion.

Client insight is invaluable to us, and it remains an essential part of how Atelier Rosa continues to grow, refine, and uphold the level of service our clients place their trust in.

Feedback invitations are typically sent within three days following the event. Clients who have not received their survey are kindly advised to check their spam or junk folders or contact the Atelier Rosa team for assistance.

Atelier Rosa values transparency and authentic client feedback.

From March 2026, the company formally documented a review verification process to ensure that all feedback can be clearly connected to genuine client experiences.

All confirmed clients receive a unique Atelier Rosa Client Reference Number together with their Atelier Rosa Invoice Number, both of which correspond directly with our internal booking records. Each confirmed booking is supported by formal email confirmation, invoice documentation, and recorded booking agreements within our company systems.

These records allow verified client experiences to be authenticated against our company files where required and ensure that reviews reflect genuine event bookings and services provided by Atelier Rosa.

Our artistry extends beyond our designs into how we care for the world that inspires us. Atelier Rosa is developing commitments to environmental responsibility, including mindful practices that reduce impact and protect natural resources.
