• Recording, photographing, or filming individuals without their knowledge or consent

• Sharing or misusing images, video, or voice recordings

• Excluding or isolating individuals

• Undermining someone’s dignity or professionalism

• Stealing, altering, or misusing company-owned or portfolio images, videos, or recordings of staff or clients, particularly where such material is shared to cause harm, incite hate, or damage reputations

Atelier Rosa Ltd does not tolerate such behaviour from anyone connected with our business, whether in person or online. We expect the same standards of respect and professionalism from our clients, contractors, suppliers, and partners. Misuse of company or photographer-owned materials may also be subject to legal action.

• Employees and Team Members: Treat colleagues, clients, and partners with courtesy and respect at all times.

• Clients, Contractors, and Suppliers: Work with us in a spirit of professionalism and consideration.

• Management: Lead by example, ensuring this policy is understood and upheld.

Speaking Up

If anyone experiences or witnesses behaviour that goes against this policy, we encourage raising concerns promptly. All concerns will be taken seriously and addressed sensitively.
