Sandra & Gordon’s Elegant Lavender & Lilac Wedding at the Old Course Ballroom, St Andrews - Photographed by Duke Photography
Set within the timeless elegance of Old Course Hotel Ballroom in St Andrews, Sandra & Gordon’s wedding was a beautifully considered celebration of soft lavender and lilac tones, layered with warmth, texture, and understated luxury.
Designed and created by Atelier Rosa, this exquisite Scottish wedding embraced a romantic floral palette of dusky lilacs, rich berry hues, and delicate seasonal blooms, thoughtfully arranged to complement the grandeur of the ballroom’s golden interiors. From refined table settings adorned with gold linens and glassware to abundant centrepieces overflowing with movement and colour, every detail was curated to feel both elevated and deeply personal.
The ceremony and reception florals were designed to enhance the natural elegance of the space, bringing softness and intimacy to a setting known for its scale. Gentle notes of lavender ran throughout - from the bridal bouquet to the finishing touches at each place setting- creating a cohesive and quietly luxurious atmosphere.
